If you are easygoing, careful, responsible, 30 yo min, and are willing to share a large 3 bedrooms apartment, with 2 bathrooms, calm, close to station CEVA Eaux-Vives and facilities and with a sunny terrace of 70 m2 do not hesitate to send a PM. Si tu es un/une collotaire sympa, soigné(e), responsable, 30 ans minimum, et prêt à partager un grand appartement au centre-ville, disposant de 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain, calme, et avec une super terrasse ensoleillée de 70 m², n'hésite pas à me contacter en MP.
La chambre est meublée et disponible dès à présent au prix de 1'380 CHF/mois + environ 100 CHF pour la femme de ménage qui vient chaque semaine.
