We are close to international centers and the large Balexert shopping center and a few steps from the large Palexpo park and bus stations.
Convenience
I provide for my tenants, in the laundry room of my basement of the house, a kitchen area equipped with oven and microwave, teapot, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils as well as all the necessary crockery.
You will also have a washing machine and one for drying laundry.
