I have an apartment I was hoping to rent out untill March give or take. Flexible with dates as I have another place to stay.

Located Hintere Engehaldenstrasse ( Felsenau )
Its completely Surrounded by Nature with the Aare river just 2 minutes walk away.
Easy to bring the boat down in summer or pop in and out of the river with lots of near by Saunas when its cold.
Its only 3 minutes by public transport to Bern Bahnhof + 3 diffrent options
Public transport is really close to the door so its easy to get into town without getting wet if it rains.
It has Private Washer + Dryer + dishwasher + newly installed Oven.
It's on the ground floor and has a private back Garden that opens out into a nature park with nearby forrest + Public Rock climbing wall / bridge , BBQ set ups, play ground and walking trails.
Great area if you have pets.
Overall its a very Clean spacious apartment that's fully furnished but any and all furniture can be removed if needed.
Storage for bikes / Snowboard etc also available
Along with FREE Guest parking at the front of the apartment.
